The project is located in the Dominican Republic.
Two hundred acres of farmland with spectacular landscape scenery, views and white sand beaches. 
Projects within the club are independently owned,  but will be guided by the club's internal procedures and regulations of a sustainable ecosystem.  These include clear policies for organic and non organic wastes, efficient use of natural resources, noise and responsible use of the natural paths system.  In addition to the primary forest reserve, and other protected areas, there is abundant fauna, a very diverse flora, coconut plantations amid many fruit trees.

 The club offers its members the opportunity of a first class community that answers a need of a highest esthetic and environmental values.  It is designed for individuals attuned to a sustainable way of life-self-sufficient, interested in health, fitness.  Above all, people who desire a greater interaction with nature.
